Start Saving Me, the new CD is coming in October. The finishing touches are being put on the last of 11 brand new songs. It’s been over 3 years since the release of Falling Awake and I cannot thank you all enough for your patience and support. I hope once you hear it, it will have been worth the wait. I have been fortunate enough to have worked along side of some great friends and amazing musicians who have helped me with this project. Stacey Lamont Sydnor –long time friend and MCB drummer, Adrian Duke -keys, Tommy Brothers –producer/guitars, Dave Woods, John White, Reginald Paul and others. I also had the privilege of working with Stewart Cararas from 7th Level Production in Los Angeles who is mixing the disc. I will keep you posted as to the progress as the time draws near. If you happened to catch the Rolling Stone article on To The Fallen Records (Feb 8 issue/Britney Cover) this was the song that landed on the TTFR compilation and ultimately lead me to to be featured in RS.
For those of you who dont know me, here is a quick recap: I was in the Marine Corps, got out to live life out of a van and tour as a musician, the day before the release of one of my CDs, America got attacked by terrorists, so I was called back on active duty, deployed to Iraq to fight the insurgency, returned home to North Carolina, was transferred to Kansas City, MO, and am in the process of recording material for a new CD. Talk about your long strange trips. I hope that while you are here, you can take a moment to check out some tunes, check out some pics and add me as a friend. I have recently relocated to the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii and look forward to getting out and doing some shows here.
