I am Jessica Lyn, but most call me Jessa or Jess, my sister calls me Jessalyn, it’s truly whatever your preference is I suppose. I am twenty-one years old, and am in love with a marine. I have a very short attention span, and I love to laugh, and slip around my kitchen in socks. I can be very ditzy at times, but my guy tells me it’s endearing. I love to sing, and I love those big hugs that I get from Andrew, you know the kind where their smell still lingers. I talk far too much and I always say what’s on my mind, but I don’t like being mean, unless it’s necessary. I have a tendency to speak before I think. I have a big heart, but it’s my biggest imperfection, because I wear it right on my sleeve. I put my heart into everything I do, and I love freely, until given a reason not too. I believe it is more human nature to love than too hate. I’m a hopeless romantic, I love quotes, music is my passion, writing is my destiny, and dancing is my life. I’m just a girl who expresses herself with sharpie markers and spare paper. I have been married and divorced, and there was a lot of stuff in that relationship that made it so that just didn’t work, and I am okay with that, because I’ve found my soulmate. I’m always on my cell phone texting. I’m a total girly girl, but I am not afraid to get my hands dirty. I am a firm believer in Christ, because through him everything is possible, and without him I am nothing. I am strong and I am stubborn. I am a huge sweetheart, but I can be a terrible brat. I am extremely sarcastic, and hate it when common sense isn’t used. I am opinionated, but I know that people have feelings, I am a friend, and my friends and family ALWAYS come first. I believe that Ignorance and denial are a perilous combination. They are the root of global disparity. They are a catalyst for continuing generational destruction. We live in a world of constant peril -- I understand that we will never find all the answers. However, it is the refusal to acknowledge that hope is attainable and love makes a difference that encapsulates all of mans intellectual shortcomings. Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small people who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact, it's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration, it's a dare. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing. I am somewhat of a recluse by nature. I am that cordless screwdriver that has to charge for twenty hours to earn ten minutes use. I exist, regardless of how well it suits me, and I exist regardless of how well it suits you.
